Research Assistant (in Biological Research and Development)
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist the CSO in managing and advancing research and development projects, with a primary focus on designing complex biological experiments, analyzing experimental data, and preparing analysis reports.
2. Improve experimental design plans and develop appropriate data analysis methods to effectively model and analyze complex biological data.
3. Create and implement analysis templates for complex datasets, and document operational procedures.
Job Requirements
1. Master's degree or higher in molecular biology or other related disciplines.
2. Strong theoretical knowledge of statistics, proficiency in statistical analysis, familiarity with biological data analysis, and a solid understanding of molecular biology fundamentals.
3. Proficiency in one or more commonly used data analysis software such as SAS, Python, R, IBM Modeler, SPSS, Excel, SQL, Matlab, etc., with basic programming skills.
