1. Conduct research and development of lentiviral vectors, including their design and optimization.
2. Develop and implement experimental plans, including managing their execution, organizing raw data, processing experimental results, preparing analysis reports, and finding problems and solutions.
3. Write experimental records and generate reports according to established requirements, and present project progress and summaries in Chinese or English.
4. Independently conduct literature reviews related to lentiviral vectors and assist in project proposals.
5. Draft patent applications.
Job Requirements
1. Master's degree or higher in virology, immunology, or molecular biology, with a minimum of two years of experience in lentiviral vector research and development, or a bachelor's degree or higher with a minimum of five years of experience in the field.
2. Proficiency in designing, constructing, and packaging adenovirus and lentiviral vectors; skilled in techniques such as viral genome modification, virus packaging, purification, enrichment, and titer determination.
3. Excellent language skills in both Chinese and English; with the ability to read professional literature and stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, goal-oriented mindset, and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks; proactive, effective communication, and strong teamwork skills.
