1. Maintain and manage relationships with a portfolio of clients within the assigned region through regular visits and communication.
2. Promote product knowledge through academic channels and gather customer feedback on product applications.
3. Collect, analyze and effectively utilize market information on competitor products, and leverage distributor and agent resources.
4. Organize and participate in significant promotional activities, including new product launches, and market entry initiatives.
5. Contribute to the development of regional marketing strategies, constantly expand sales channels, and successfully achieve sales objectives.
6. Collaborate with colleagues or superiors to efficiently handle tendering activities or other ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in biomedicine, marketing, or other related disciplines.
2. Previous experience in the gene and cell therapy field or sales of laboratory equipment is highly preferred.
3. Strong teamwork skills and a customer-centric mindset.
4. Proven ability to independently analyze and solve problems.
5. Proactive and self-motivated with excellent execution abilities, resilience under pressure, and exceptional interpersonal communication and collaboration skills. Flexibility to travel frequently is necessary.
