Project Manager (in Biological Research and Development)
Job Responsibilities
1. Conduct literature and patent research on key molecular biology techniques associated with the project and prepare review reports.
2. Assist the Chief Scientific Officer (CSO) in managing and advancing research and development projects, including conducting feasibility studies, analyzing experimental data, facilitating research discussions, and reviewing project reports.
3. Prepare patent applications, academic articles, and industry reports in both Chinese and English.
4. Research and explore emerging technologies, and organize in-house knowledge sharing and technical training.
Job Requirements
1. Master's degree or higher in molecular biology, immunology, life sciences, or other related biological disciplines. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of molecular biology is essential.
2. Passion for reading and conducting research in professional literature, with proficiency in reading English literature and specialized books.
3. Excellent writing skills in both Chinese and English, specifically in generating high-quality biological articles and patent applications.
4. Enthusiasm for continuous learning and researching new knowledge and technologies.
