The EuLV ONE™ Lentiviral Packaging System is designed for single-plasmid transient transfection using the EuLV ONE™ packaging cells. This all-in-one solution includes a proprietary cell line, optimized transfection reagent, culture medium, and inducer, all tailored to deliver high viral yields, ease of use, and flexibility.
EurekaBio has developed EuLV ONE™ Packaging Cell Line, a proprietary 293T-derived cell line that stably integrates the key lentiviral packaging elements—Rev, Gag/Pol, and VSV-G—into the genome of 293T cells. This clonal, suspension-adapted cell line is engineered for fast growth, high transfection efficiency, and robust lentiviral packaging.
